I have owned a Rebel since 2016, it has over 125000 miles, and I love it! But it looks like my next truck will be a diesel Rebel😎 instantly sold!
BassWood Productions
If the come out with that rebel diesel, I think I found the new truck for BassWood Outdoors! those are awesome numbers. Does not beat the Nissan, but it will get MPG and it will hopefully be a little more affordable! Nice video guys!

The Ram IMO is the nicest looking truck and has the best interior by far. Can't wait for you guys to do a comparison test with GM's straight six aluminum Duramax and Ford's new Diesel that is mated like the Chevy, to a 10 spd. Ford reports 30 mpg hwy, and the TFL guys got about 31+ mpg in a short loop. I suspect GM is keeping their towing numbers down to compensate for some other factors. Dodge is really upping the bar with the diesel - Wrangler, Rebel, Ram! Diesel is way to go. Great video. Subscribed.

Would Ram put E-TORQUE with this engine ? Adding off the line acceleration, torque and a few mpg while helping with the turbo lag ( my main complaint with my 2017 ecodiesel) I hear the reliability
Concerns of the crowd and skeptics but 65k miles in and it runs just like it did at 100 miles in and averaging 26.5 mpg and over 630 miles per tank.

Rebel trucks broke down in the woods and in remote areas !!!! And at a high cost ....awesome !!!

This engine is unreliable !!!! History has proven it

Y’all forgot the Nissan and it beats all of those. 310hp and 555ftlb

i know the Ecodiesel is noisier than the new 6.7 Powerstroke...that new Ford is super quite!

Ram is the only truck I’d buy hands down!
Richard Martin
Are they gonna put that diesel engine a Jeep Wrangler
You Tube
Had one and the turbo was going out at 37,000 miles!!!! Thanks but no thanks!

I really hope you’ll be able to get that max towing ecodiesel in a low trim 4x4 so you only have to sell one arm to be able to afford it...

two V-6's ( Ford and Ram) , I still think the chevy inline 6 will be the winner over the length of time, especially in regards to modification ease/ power boosting and overall reliability

Iwould not trust them anymore. My brother had 2 different ecodisel and they never worked in the cold. All kinds of problem Def freezing up no power.Good only in the summer time.A lot of money for something you c,ant use in winter time.

So thy put a one piece crankshaft to address the slippage issue that no one talks about - but then removed the chain and put a belt

I'll take the Chevy 3.0L duramax. That ram ecodiesel will break down all the time.
Bob Vincent
Rebel would be sexy with the Ecodiesel, but I'm not getting another truck till they plant that 8 speed Eco into a new PowerWagon. Then we'll be talking about capable overlanding.

I don't want my truck engine made in Italy instead of 'Merica.

A new Ram 1500 body, light duty truck with the eco diesel? It meets all of my needs! My heaviest trailer tips the scales at just over 8K. I may have waited the right amount of time. Thanks TFL!
