Welp, it's time for my most requested video ever! I'm counting down my ten favorite country songs of all time. This was NOT an easy task. From Garth to Dolly to Darius and the Chicks, there's a lot in here. And remember, these are MY 10 favorite country songs, not necessarily THE BEST songs ever. So let me know YOUR 10 favorites in the comments! Much love -- Grady

Great vids, Grady! I always find a good song or two that I've missed! I'm with you on Boot scootin', Coat of many colors and Alright... Definitively superb country songs. Keep up the good work!
Mike Hill
Toby Keith can be corny but some of those songs express real emotions. Made in America is even better.

I can appreciate your #1. I couldn't possibly rank my faves, but Forever and Ever, Amen was always my fave Randy song. Talking about his memory fading, because "I've already forgotten every woman but you" gives me goosebumps every time.

I just found you, and so far am enjoying your content! One thing I've noticed, is you keep saying "i grew up with this and that's why its' my favorite," and personally I think that's a pretty terrible reason. I grew up with the same kind of music you did, but I've allowed myself to experience more than just mainstream big hit country. There's a lot of really, really good music that slips through the cracks. You seemed to start down that path with Jason Isbell, but IMO you need to dig deeper! Benjamin todd, the great divide, colter wall, bleau edmondson, brenn hill, matt mason, charlie robison(whom you will find has written many songs you are probably familiar with from a different artists cover), dale watson, whitey morgan, ned ledoux, counting crows, cory morrow, cross canadian ragweed, dallas moore, deryl dodd, eleven hundred springs, eric stickland, jason boland, josh abbott band, joshua headley, micky and the motorcars, no justice, randy rogers, reckless kelly, ryan bingham, sons of the palomino, stoney larue, sturgill simpson, turnpike troubadours, wade bowen, whiskey myers, william clark green, zane williams. Yes I'm sure you've heard of a few of them, probably a few you've heard their songs but didn't realize it. I encourage you to travel down these rabbit holes, you may just find a different kind of country other than the 90s hits you grew up listening to on the radio, because there's plenty of stuff that's better than most of what you put on your list. I'm not trying to pick at your list or your taste, just hoping maybe you'll get to find some new(to you) music!

What is YOUR opinion on patriotism, Grady? If you are republican then it comes with sexism, racism, homophobia and xenophobia. Are you Kacy Musgrave or Hank Jr?
