On the 20th anniversary of President Bill Clinton’s impeachment, former Special Prosecutor Ken Starr joins Ari Melber. Starr tells Ari Melber he still believes a sitting President can be indicted if there’s enough evidence and that Bob Mueller is “a person of complete integrity” who should be allowed to “do his job”. Ari Melber questions Starr on his own Clinton impeachment recommendation to Congress, after Starr notes that “impeachment is hell” for the public to go through. Starr also notes that “there’s no question” President Trump has lied about his personal life and says it is “unwise, uncalled for” and “extraordinarily unseemly” for Trump to call a cooperating witness a “rat”.

This is simple, the executive power is almost absolute.  We need to change this, Trump people know it and that is why he is stress tenting every subpoena.  He came to office after rules changed.  I will like Neal Katyal to give his opinion on this.
Ron Wright

Anyone, - regardless of which political party they belong to - , who has the power to fire a legally appointed investigator has TOO MUCH POWER!

They filed Articles of Impeachment on Clinton for lying to Congress, Purjery, a Felony. He never even got CLOSE to all the B$ that Trump is pulling.
Richie Tattersall
Yes, whether or not he has that authority to fire him has nothing to do with it. Under the actual definition of "Obstruction of Justice" it has nothing to do with the results, it applies to the actual investigation.
Mel Graner1
Indicted for what!!?? You’ve all lost your mind?
Gigie Santos
Indicted for what, for Hillary's crimes?????? Isn't that a miscarriage of justice, to indict an innocent man for the crime of another ????
RAT RepublicansAgainstTrump
Democrats too weak to impeach.
John Culley
Ken Starr improperly assumed that if President Trump was cleared of collusion a finding of obstruction of justice rather than obstruction of injustice is possible.
Seán O'Nilbud
Both Starr and Gingrich at the time they were making stupid noises about how disgraceful it was that Clinton was getting his wang sucked were both committing adultery at the time.
