Another good one is turn all the water shutoff valves under sinks and behind toilets. Helps keep them from sticking as well as in the case of a broken pipe ect lets you know they actually are in working condition

I fully understand that these videos are for landlords and don't directly support the tenants in any way, but I must mention that not only does the video speak of tenants in a wholly negative way it paints the tenant in a bad light for not going the extra mile for the landlord.
