Another good one is turn all the water shutoff valves under sinks and behind toilets. Helps keep them from sticking as well as in the case of a broken pipe ect lets you know they actually are in working condition

I fully understand that these videos are for landlords and don't directly support the tenants in any way, but I must mention that not only does the video speak of tenants in a wholly negative way it paints the tenant in a bad light for not going the extra mile for the landlord.

Share – How To Start A Property Maintenance Company

Every village, town and city needs a good property maintenance company.

It can be you.

I started with one of those little posters with tear-offs at the bottom. Posted them on boards around town and filled my entire summer with work.

Then I started meeting with realtors and property managers in town to see how I could be of service.

Started with a few little jobs, grew to more and became the go-to guy for some of the largest managers in town.
It was really great … and, it was hard work, long hours and large overhead.

I sold the business. I wanted something easier…and I found it.

5 amazing guys, who have earned massive income,

have been teaching me and others how to use the strategies and techniques they used online.
I call the shots on my hours, very low cost, and amazing income potential.

If this is really what you’re looking for, you owe it to yourself to take a few minutes to have a look at the link at the top of the page!
