The Senate finally had a revolution. Thursday's meeting of Senate Republicans, shouting at McConnell that they were voting for re-opening without wall funding, was the final straw. https://ai-tube.com/videoai/uCBqkYOZwpj
That and the Air Traffic Control and IRS workers refusing to work this morning (Friday).
There was never any way out of this but backing down.
