I always worried about having weird or bad interactions with other people before I even approach them and as a result I end up giving out a negative vibe and have a bad interaction as a result. Then while I’m at a cashier whom I thought didn’t like me for not saying hello back I realized that it’s probably because of the way I said hello (defensively since I already expected a bad interaction), so while I was waiting for the cashier to bag my stuff I started to actually make good wishes for them in my head. I was saying oh I wish you have a great long healthy life. I wish all your worries disappear. I wish I wish I wish, and then I realized that I was smiling and felt lighter. The cashier also seemed more relaxed and it became obviously difficult for him not to be nice to me.
