Reasons To Stop Negative Thoughts And Start Being Positive

Has negative thinking become so common in your life that it’s almost as though it’s a part of who you are? You may be noticing how your mind can become your own worst enemy because it conspires against you.

Every day, people’s minds rationalize their repetitive negative thoughts, thinking that by preemptively thinking of the worst that could happen, that they’re ensuring not being let down. As though, it was going to lessen the blow of disappointment. That couldn’t be farther from the truth. Being negative can stop you from taking the action necessary that is going to move you forward in your plans. It can also have you procrastinating to the point where you cause yourself even more stress. It’s time to put that behind you.
You have virtually unlimited potential. But by being negative, you’re stunting your potential before you even give something have a chance. You’re short changing yourself from being the person you could be, of what you could achieve and the life you could live. Life is too short to be negative.

Let's take just one area of your life that would benefit from you being more positive: Your love life. Everybody likes being around a happy person. Like dogs, we can sense good and bad things about each other. Positivity, optimism and confidence are all attractive. I’ve found that people that are really negative don’t want to go out. They are often not open to meeting new people. They assume that nothing good is going to come of it. They’re not going to like anybody and nobody is going to like them. Because of it, they are blocked off and self-constricted to the point where they lessen the chances of good things from happening in their lives.

It’s time that you stop holding yourself back from happiness - that you break that negative cycle. It’s time that you train your mind to function from a healthy place; a place of rational positivity, appreciation and gratitude. You want to have your mind running healthy programs instead of going onto that same dark path of negativity. In doing so, you take control of your destiny and you become open to great things happening in your life.

Negative thinking creates better products like car parts. If it sucks we make it better. Same with electronics. So negative thinking can actually be positive thinking. It's all in the eye of the beholder. Be negative is part of a perfectionist trait. Want to perfect everything which is positive thinking. And people are the most evil thing on earth. People do nothing for me but cause harm. No reason to make a friend. People just want what you got.

How I Beat Anxiety with Hypnotherapy and Became a Hypnotherapist

Anxiety can appear for a myriad of reasons. It can be do to stress, taking in stimulants such as coffee and it can also stem from learned behavior such as having anxious parents, controlling bosses, or from having experienced PTSD or other factors.
People will often mention to me all the symptoms of how bad off they are. They are usually at the point where they can’t function anymore, have tried other things and are desperate to make the situation stop. Some people have even been experiencing anxiety for practically their whole lives. I hear the same thing all of the time because anxiety is the #1 reason why people reach out to me. And it’s also the same reason why I got into Hypnotherapy myself.
My anxiety would go from severe anxiety to where I couldn’t function. It would then loop into depression and then back to anxiety. I felt like I was having a total nervous breakdown. And it wasn’t just a mental thing, I could feel it in my body. I had all of these pains in my shoulders and neck and I had the most horrible migraines when I had never had a migraine in my life. I even experienced hair loss. I was really at a breaking point. I couldn’t take it anymore. I went to two different doctors and a psychiatrist. I took pills but the pills never got to the root of what was wrong with me.
I remember telling my then boyfriend about the feelings of impending doom that I would get, that at any moment something really bad was going to happen. His response, “Just stop thinking about it.” I remember telling him, don’t you think that if I could stop this on my own I would? It can be tough when the people around you don’t understand what you are going through.
I’m always very up front and honest with my clients, and I have no problem telling them that even I didn’t believe in Hypnotherapy. But I was so desperate that I had to try it. Every time I went in to see my Hypnotherapist, I got better and better, to the point to where I thought, “If this can help me with all of my issues, then it can help others.” And that is what set my course as a Hypnotherapist.
Before learning about hypnotherapy, I always felt that I had been floating in life. You know how there are some people who at a young age know what they are meant to do, I was never one of them. I was in my early thirties with a degree from UCLA but I didn’t know in what direction to go. But once I knew this was my calling, something kicked in. There were no if, ands or buts. For the first time in my life, I experienced clarity. I knew that everything had brought me to this point. And I felt that all the bad things that I had experienced in my childhood, as a young adult and even my own stupid mistakes were no longer in vain. That something good was going to come out of the whole thing. Since then, I’ve never looked back.
In a weird way, it turned out to be a gift because it gave me empathy. People come in and they tell me things that they’ve experienced and are currently experiencing and I get it. I once had a client come in and tell me, “You know I feel like I could tell you anything and you wouldn’t judge me.” She’s right. Its not my place and I have no interest in doing so. My goal is to purely focus on finding solutions and retrain my client’s minds to do what they want their minds to do.
Now that you’ve heard my story and you’ve heard your approach, you will understand why it is that I stand behind Hypnotherapy and I also do mind coaching. I truly believe that by changing the way you think, you are able to change your life for the better. It all starts in the mind.
