Just to clarify something Nintendo didnt make playing cards like the standard 52 deck (those were illegal in japan in the 1800s) Nintendo found a loophole on japans gambling laws and created a deck known as hanafuda cards more commonly known by its korean name gostop cards it has 12 suits 4 cards per suit
I don't see how Sears fits the category. The only significant difference between what it started out as and what it became is the addition of more products.

Toyota. Started a weaver/textile manufacture. Then moved into automobile manufacturing. Still does textiles. Really should have been on the list, way more than the bottom five and way more than Lysol.
Yeah Sony started making rice cookers, and of yet Procter & Gamble started making candles, Sega made Casino games in Hawaii.

Blockbuster should make pizza during the time they are over taking by Netflix, and Nokia should make Android phones instead of putting Microsoft's Windows for phones to really compete with Apple and guess what you left out LG.
