Disney Wonder at Key West on a rainy Great Lakes Sailing - Welland 2 months ago   03:09

The majestic cruise ship Disney Wonder was a dock B near Mallory Square in Key West Florida today during stormy conditions with heavy rain. Still, it was warm, so people were about in rain gear both on the water and on Duval and Front streets, even riding bikes. Copyright 2018.

Staying in Key West at the moment.
Yes, yesterday could be described as being rather damp at times.
But us Brits are used to it.
Better to get rained on than wear those silly plastic bags though!
We saw one rather large chap struggling to put one on whist we were sheltering for a moment under some trees-quite amusing.
Brightened up in the afternoon though.
We love Key West, it’s our first time here. The people are great as well.

The Welland Canal is a ship canal in Canada that runs 42 km (27.0 miles) from Port Colborne, Ontario on Lake Erie to Port Weller, Ontario on Lake Ontario. As part of the St. Lawrence Seaway, the canal allows ships to traverse the Niagara Escarpment and avoid Niagara Falls.
