Thank you for the video. I own/manage 20 duplexes and plan on building more in the next year. I have been searching the internet for the best software system that will not break my budget! I need for applications, screen tenants, leases, pay rent, maintenance, simple things. I was looking at TenantCloud. Do you know anything about that one? Or is there any other ones you suggest? Thank you!
Flint Gardner

Hi, Thanks for the vid. With 1000+ units and 12+ properties what software would you recommend?
Beny K.
Can i manage rental properties with quicken software? or what would you recommend? Thanks
Gary Spickes
I have 15 properties and my goal is around 25 houses. What software would you recommend? I would say my computer skills are average. I would like to be able to input info from my iPhone, track/add expenses, receivables, exactly how much each tenant owes quickly. Having an option to snap a pic of my receipts on my phone where I wouldn't have to enter them manually would also be great! Thanks for your thoughts

Don't go door to door collecting rent. Use an automatic online payment method. Usually, the cost associated with accepting online payments is less than the time and money spent going door to door. Good tenants will thank you for automatic payment options and rent collection will be much easier.
