Finance Minister Nhlanhla Nene was regarded by businessmen and investors as a competent steward of South Africa's economy, the second largest in Africa. His departure - after being fired by President Jazob Zuma - has spooked stock markets, triggering the biggest drop in the value of the rand currency for four years. The shock removal comes a week after the Fitch credit rating agency downgraded South Africa to just one step above junk status. Nene's sacking also follows growing disillusionment and protests against South Africa's ruling party, the African National Congress (ANC). So, how will the ANC cope with the latest blow to the battered economy? Presenter: Jane Dutton. Guests: Mzwanele Manyi, Former cabinet spokesperson for the ANC and President of the Progressive Professional Forum. PROTOCOL 4 - MATERIALISM REPLACES RELIGION
5. The intensified struggle for superiority and shocks delivered to economic life will create, nay, have already created, disenchanted, cold and heartless communities (Matthew 24:12). Such communities will foster a strong aversion towards the higher political and towards religion. Their only guide is gain, that is Gold, which they will erect into a veritable cult, for the sake of those material delights which it can give. Then will the hour strike when, not for the sake of attaining the good, not even to win wealth, but solely out of hatred towards the privileged, the lower classes of the goyim will follow our lead against our rivals for power, the intellectuals of the goyim.

I think it should be clear to the liberal world by now why black people who have much lower IQ's than whites and are not capable of governing. My IQ fact statement doesn't mean I am racist, it is a scientific reality, but IQ is not the only virtue.

Unconstitutional for market reaction? What a ridiculous statement. I'm sure Hitler also called have argued he was acting inline with his constitution and therefore all that apposed him were unconstitutional. What a load of crap and an insult to the intelligence to  those that watched this piece.

Sad story.
Manyi has 25 minutes to explain the reason/s for the sacking and all he can do is make "important points", remind everyone about the constitutional rights of the president, all irrelevant to the question asked.
He raises one straw man after another, beats around the bush but as a former ANC spokesperson, can't tell us why.
At one stage I was half expecting him to blurt out "Oh look over there, a pigeon !"

It's unconstitutional for the market to react to the firing of a Finance Minister? Really?

the Rosatom and China deals is gonna create a lot of jobs for South Africans it just depends on whether we can trust JZ to put South Africans first

Blah blah blah; the fact is the government has lent a whole lot of money from investors and now they want to use this money irresponsibly for their own enrichment. As lenders I would stop lending money to them.

ANC has unfortunately become very corrupt. Hopefully the masses understand how this will impact them in the short and long term.

Zimbabwean President Robert Mugabe visited South Africa this week, and as part of his state visit, he delivered a speech during a joint press conference at the Union Buildings on Tuesday (April 8 2015).
